Ted Gunderson: “I also received some information
recently in my tours and lectures and what have you I did a TV show in Long
Beach California one of the gentleman involved in the show was in the US Army
at one time he told me that in the spring of 1973 we had bombed all of the
North Vietnamese supply lines we had mined their harbors they were cut off and
one of his associates was in the communication room in Saigon and this is of
course a classified job and when he was in this room he received this message from the North Vietnamese we
surrender unconditionally he passed it on his superiors and all army personnel
were immediately ushered out and replaced by State Department personnel it was
shortly thereafter that Kissinger even with the North Vietnamese officials in
Paris, France why do these things happen.
